01. DISCOVERY PHONE CALL

It won’t take long to tell us about your business and what project you have in mind. During this quick call with engineer we will discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit for your organization.

02. ON-SITE VISIT IF NECESSARY

Some environments and systems will require an on-site visit to be assessed first prior to moving forward with a plan of action.  If we determine that an on-site visit is necessary to better understand your systems you won’t be charged for this visit and it would allow our engineers to better understand your firm.

03. DEVELOP A PLAN

Once we have a good grasp of what the scope of the project is, we will put together a detailed list of deliverables to achieve our goals.  This will include all the costs and expenses along with a timeline for your review.

04.  IMPLEMENTATION

Once we agree on the next step the implementation will be scheduled, all equipment and licenses procured if needed and implemented based on the agreed schedule.
